Synopsis
In the apartment at midnight, Li Wan, a mature woman, wore a silk robe, her soft curves swaying in the lamplight. Her son had returned from college, and as mother and son locked eyes, the air instantly thickened. She gently parted her red lips, her voice husky with maturity: “Tonight... don't go.” Her fingertips slid along the table to the back of her son's hand, quietly tightening. Outside, neon lights flickered; inside, the temperature quietly climbed, and the thin boundary between mother and son was melting away, bit by bit, under their shared breath.
