Synopsis
Li Xuan wakes up as a patient at Nanshan Psychiatric Hospital. A female doctor enters the ward with two scantily dressed nurses. The nearly bare bodies under their white coats and the curves straining against their pink uniforms make him react uncontrollably despite his fear. The cold, practiced examination turns into one-sided toying: he is held down and jerked off until he ejaculates, his semen carefully collected, while they remain expressionless throughout. He is then escorted to the cafeteria. Between the noise and a sudden dead silence, he meets Chen Man, and for the first time sees that in this hospital, desire and rules are equally deadly.
